1. Service Description

RIVAL provides AI-generated market intelligence reports. Reports are generated on-demand upon purchase and delivered electronically via email. Each report contains sourced data, projections, and competitive analysis.

2. Purchases & Delivery

All purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Reports are typically generated and delivered within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving high system load, delivery may take up to 1 hour.

3. Report Usage

Purchased reports are licensed for internal use by the purchasing individual and their organization. Reports may be shared internally. Public redistribution, resale, or republication of report content in its entirety is prohibited without written permission.

4. Accuracy & Disclaimers

Reports are generated using AI models and publicly available data sources. While we strive for accuracy and source all claims, report content should not be considered financial or investment advice. All projections are estimates based on available data and AI analysis.

5. Refund Policy

If a report fails our quality verification checks and cannot be delivered, you will receive a full refund automatically. For other concerns about report quality, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
