When you purchase a report, we collect your email address, name, company name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, deliver reports, and improve our products. If you provide personalization details (industry, role, geographic focus), these are used solely to tailor your report content.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our product: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (file storage).

4. Data Retention

We retain order records and report delivery data for the duration of our business relationship and as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Report downloads are delivered via time-limited signed URLs.
